I grew up in Asheville in the Grove Park neighborhood and attended both public and private schools in Asheville. I have a Masters of Education from a private woman's college in SC where I taught for several years before returning to my beloved mountains and starting my career in real estate. I am a mother, a community volunteer and activist and a friend. I care about supporting local businesses and my neighbors and can tell you the great stories of Asheville.
I believe my job is to help my buyer clients find their sanctuary and broker their purchases using my knowledge and experience in the local market. I have in depth knowlege of neighborhoods and property value history.
When I list to sell properties, I become a business partner with my seller to help market, show and sell their homes with the least amount of stress.
I work for a small locally owned firm that has been active in real estate since 1968. You are not a number when you walk in our door. You will be treated with respect and integrity which is why Preferred Properties holds the third largest market share in Buncombe County but is one of the smallest firms. We are professionals and we know that you expect us to act in your best interest.
Please, contact me if you need help in a real estate matter. I will be happy to provide you with references from my past clients. LeNoir Medlock
