Jamie and I live in Hundred Acre Wood at 362 Gentian Trl. We purchased our property because we prefer peaceful forest living with plenty of acreage. We have a homeowners association that is low key and non intrusive and we meet once per year. Our dues are affordable and they specifically support maintaining our gravel roads, the common areas and maintenance for the tractor. There are currently five families in the Hundred Acre Wood community. Neighbors help each other out when a tree is down or a culvert needs clearing. I grew up in Asheville in the Grove Park neighborhood and attended both public and private schools in Asheville.  I have a Masters of Education from a private woman's college in SC where I taught for several years before returning to my beloved mountains and starting my career in real estate.  I am a mother, a community volunteer and activist and a friend.
